Posing 4-Session "Stage Ready" Package

Posing 4-Session "Stage Ready" Package

Beginners who need to build muscle memory, eliminate shakiness, and master their transition flow over a few weeks.

Session 1: The Blueprint (Static Poses): We focus entirely on mastering your stationary quarter-turns or mandatory stances. The goal of this session is to find your perfect static shapes so you know exactly what your body should feel like when you hit your front, side and back pose.

Session 2: The Flow (Transitions & Breathing): Posing isn't just about the holds; it’s about how you get there. We will connect your mandatory poses using smooth, elegant transitions. We will also master "vacuuming" or abdominal control and learn how to breathe naturally while keeping your core completely locked down.

The Stage Walk & Presentation: We build your stage presence. This session covers your walk-out, how to pause gracefully at the "X" on the floor, eye contact with the judging panel, and displaying absolute confidence through your facial expressions and posture.

Session 4: Mock Judging & Endurance Test: Holding poses is exhausting. In this final session, we put it all together. I will act as the head judge, calling out random comparisons. We will practice holding your poses for extended periods so you don't shake, fade, or lose your structure when the real judges take their time on show day.
